The Polish Embassy In Paris Has Its Own 2014 Calendar. And It's Beautiful.




That's right, an Embassy that has its own calendar - and a good one to boot. This year fashion photographer Piotr Stoklosa shoots his third calendar for the Polish Embassy in Paris. For the 2014 Calendar Piotr joined forces with stylist and editor-in-chief of Polish magazine VIVA! Moda, Agnieszka Scibior, for the fashion centric calendar.

Stunning beauty, Polish model Patrycja Gardygajlo is featured and wears avante-garde fashions designed by Dawid Woliński, Magdalena Frąckowiak, Maciej Zień, Tomaotomo, UEG, Monika Błażusiak, Gosia Baczyńska, Krzysztof Stróżyna, Serafin Andrzejak, Katarzyna Konieczka, Lidia Kalita, Mariusz Przybylski, La Mania, Pajonk. Accessories by Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Fendi and Manolo Blahnik.



The background sets, created inside the embassy, were designed by Anna Szczęsna and Ula Wasielewska of WITALIS.

12 Months of Uma. A Close-Up Look At Campari 's Complete 2014 Calendar by Koto Bolofo.




Actress Uma Thurman is the face of Campari's new (and 15th) annual calendar, this year photographed by Koto Bolofo. Wearing red fashions in 10 of the 12 months, dressed as a male in one and clad in white for December, the statuesque beauty is posed in the midst of various worldwide celebrations ranging from the United States' Mardi Gras to Brazil's Reveillon.

I have all 12 months for you as well as close-ups of Uma from each month and photos from behind the scenes of the shoot.

The iconic, edgy actress takes the lead in the 2014 edition of the Calendar which is entitled 'Worldwide Celebrations', with each month focusing on a unique festival from a number of different cultures around the world. Through this intriguing new theme, Campari intends to highlight how cultures around the world have become more global than ever before, and reinterprets each celebration through its spirit made of passion, style and charisma.



From Spring Festival in Beijing, the biggest celebration in China, to Hanami in Japan, where people enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms of spring, the 2014 Calendar provides a window on the world and invites fans of Campari to embark on a global voyage of discovery.



The celebrations in the Calendar span every continent and also include Midsummer's Eve in England, during which revellers celebrate the Summer Solstice at the historic Stonehenge, and the bright and exhilarating Reveillon in Brazil, the biggest New Year Celebration in the world.

Koto Bolofo is the latest photographer to capture the renowned Campari Calendar, for its 15th edition. Having been born in South Africa, raised in Great Britain and now residing in France, Bolofo is a true world citizen, enabling him to embody the theme of the Calendar even further. Bolofo is well known for his powerful portraits, innovative fashion shoots and numerous short films. He has shot for a number of high-profile publications including Vogue, Vanity Fair and GQ, and has created advertising campaigns for luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Dior.



Bolofo is renowned for his keen eye for lively and dynamic imagery, which he will be using to offer a window on the world to Campari lovers around the world in the 2014 Calendar.



On his shooting of the 2014 Campari Calendar, Koto Bolofo comments: "Campari's ethos of consistently creating striking and powerful imagery for its world-renowned Calendar aligns perfectly with what I consistently strive to achieve in my work.
